Overseas Chinese Town
Overseas Chinese Town is the colloquial name for a cluster of scenic spots in Nanshan District of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, around the Window of the World Station, Overseas Chinese Town Station, Qiaocheng East Station and Qiaocheng North Station of the Luobao Line (Line 1) and Shekou Line (Line 2) of Shenzhen Metro. In the future, Meilin Line (Line 9) will also pass this area and serve OCT Harbour (OCT Bay) and the University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital. It is classified as an AAAAA scenic area by the China National Tourism Administration.

Wutong Mountain National Forest Park


Mount Wutong is a mountain located near the border of Luohu and Yantian in Shenzhen, China. At 943.7m, it is the tallest mountain in Shenzhen. The mountain is also source of the Shenzhen River. At just over 900 meters, Wutong Mountain is the tallest mountain in the Pearl River Delta and it is a Mecca for Shenzhen hikers and climbers. This has been a recognised beauty spot since at least the Ming Dynasty when it was included in the Eight Great Views of Xin’an County and was celebrated in poetry. There are several routes to the top varying significantly in difficulty. The broad road will be a gentle climb. But be prepared for a good 5 hours if you intend to go to the top and back. There are two peaks, Lesser Wutong where the Shenzhen TV Company has its handsome transmission tower, and Greater Wutong which is reached via the notoriously difficult Hao Han Slope. On a clear day, the views from the summit over Mirs Bay and the mountains of Hong Kong’s New Territories are indescribably beautiful. Night views over the city set against the sweep of Shenzhen Bay are also to die for. Free. Wutong Mountain is one of the breath taking mountain views in Shenzhen for hikers.

Dameisha Beach Park


Dameisha area includes Dameisha Seashore Park and the hinterland, which covers an area of 1,680,000 square meters. In the seashore park, there are the beach covering 180,000 square meters, the sunshine hallway which is 432 meters long, Sun Plaza covering 13,000 square meters, Moon Plaza covering 4,000 square meters, 230 parking stalls and other service facilities. Up to now, all these programs have completed and open to the public free.

According to the themes of Dameisha, which are romance, freedom and recreation, the hinterland is designed with the relevant facilities, like the apartments with hotel-styled services, cafe, public house, teahouse and shopping center. All these enrich the tourist resources of Dameisha.

Meanwhile, the artificial sceneries here fit the environment well. An island, a bridge, a boat, a church and a couple, the romantic wedding in Dameisha enriches the theme and sublimate the spiritual contents of Dameisha. As Dameisha is full of mountains and water, the sports activities like climbing, camping and rosary under the mountain are developed here to fill up the deficiency of tourist resources in low seasons.

Xiaomeisha Beach Park


Xiaomeisha, shining like a bright pearl decorating the east coast of Dapeng Bay, about 30 kilometers from downtown Shenzhen, is a well-known seaside scenic spots and is praised as the "Oriental Hawaii". 

Xiaomeisha is embraced by green mountains on three sides, a dark blue sea on the other and the bright crescent-like beach enchased between the azure blue sky and sea. There is a tropical rainforest with white sand beach around Xiaomeisha. This place overlooks Hong Kong into the distance. With the elegant environment of sunshine, golden sand beach, waves and fresh air, Xiaomeisha has become an ideal seaside resort attracting tourists all over the world. The sky here is especially loftier, the sea cleaner and the beach softer. The blue sea extends to tens of thousands of miles away and the exuberant coconut palms dances on the shore. There are far-flung bathing place and a lot of entertaining items like the parachute-jumping on the sea, motorboats, sailing, jet skiing, sea kayaking and diving. The sand beach on which a series of happy footprints have been left extends thousands of miles around the sea, has ignited a number of Shenzhen people's laughter and dreams. 


Minsk World


Minsk World is a military theme park located in Dapeng Bay, Shatoujiao.. It includes the former Soviet (later Russian) aircraft carrier Minsk, redesigned as a tourist attraction. The theme park opened on 10 May 2000. As of 2005, it had attracted more than five million visitors and generated 450 million yuan in revenue. The park formally closed in February 2016 and the aircraft carrier was moved to Zhoushan for repairs, after which it would be moved to another theme park in Nantong, Jiangsu.

Sanzhoutian


Sanzhoutian locates near the Dameisha Beach Park, Xiaomeisha Beach Park and the Pingshan District. It is well-known for its reservoir, garden, waterfall and beautiful scenery. It’s one of the best places for Shenzheners to have a vocation.

Shenzhen Sea World in Yantian


Shenzhen Sea World, dubbed as the "Oriental Hawaii", locates inside the Xiaomeisha Seaside Resorts. It contains various parts including Marine Park, Ccean Plaza, Subsea tunnel, Turtle Bay, Fishing Pond and Lovers Corridor, etc.
